、 喷药机的外形尺寸为1450mm×1650mm×2000mm并带有一台抽水泵和一对喷头，一只装药水桶。 |

、 开机方法：打开电源开关（380伏）滚筒开始工作，由抽水泵将药水抽入主机对衣料进行喷淋。由于滚筒作正反转转动，使衣料不断翻动、抖落，所以喷药均匀，喷药的雾关大小由回水开关控制，但注意绝不能关死回水开关，以免损坏抽水泵机头。 |
| 3、一般喷药用量按每件服装重量的75-85%计算。例如：每条裤的重量是500克则用药水500×80%=400克，若放入60条裤需要400×60=2400克药水，至于要加入多少药水是根据实际裤料的湿度而定。喷完药后还要搅拌10分钟左右，使喷进的药水均匀分布，务必注意药水必须过滤喷嘴要定期清洗。 |
4、使用喷药机的优越性：
①喷药效果比泡药效果好，浓度均匀，渗透一致使免烫效果发挥到最好。
②不同颜色的衣料可同机分先后喷药，免除了泡药多种药桶的麻烦。
③节约用药，降低生产成本，喷药比泡药节约药水20%以上。 |

rolls positively
and negatively,the
clothes are tumed
up and down and
absorb the liquid
medicine evenly.
Density of hte
medicine fog is
controlled by
the returning
water switch of
the pump.Be careful
never tum off
the retuming water
switch,otherwise
it will hurt the
pump. |

of liquid medicine
is 75-85% of dry
weight of the
clothes.For ex-ample,dry
weight of one
pair of trousers
is 500 tram,then
dosage of liqui-d
medicine needed
is 500g×80%=400g.
If putting 60
pairs of trousers
into the machine,
total dosage is
400×60=2400g.
Note that actual
dosage is due
to dampness of
the clothes. After
the process of
spraying,the clothes
still need to
stay in the machine
to mix up for
10 minutes in
order to let the
medicine spread
evenly. Be sure
to filter the
liquid medicine
before using and
clean the spraying
heads periodically. |
